UK's Top 5 Boxing Games on Android Perform in Q4 2020

As the year 2020 wrapped up, the boxing game category on Android saw various titles vying for the top spots in the United Kingdom. Sensor Tower's data provides us with a closer look at how these games performed in the fourth quarter of the year.

Mr Fight - Wrestling Puzzles from Lion Studios, despite having no reported revenue, kicked off the quarter with a strong start in downloads, peaking at 23K in the first week of October. Downloads then followed a downward trend, bottoming out at 3.7K in early December, before a slight rebound to 5.6K towards the end of the month. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, starting at 22K and finishing the quarter at nearly 10K.

CASUAL AZUR GAMES' I, The One - Fun Fighting Game showed more consistency in revenue, ranging from $8 to $69 weekly, with downloads and active users both peaking in the final week of December at 9.2K and 18.8K, respectively.

Lion Studios' Slap Kings demonstrated resilience with weekly revenue hitting a high of $122 mid-quarter and downloads showing an uptick from 3.5K to 4.8K in the final weeks. Active users remained robust, ending the quarter at over 24K.

Fighting Arena's Gym Heros: Fighting Game had negligible revenue but downloads saw a notable rise from 2.8K to 5.4K in late October. The game's weekly active users grew from 6.2K to a peak of 14K in late December.

Lastly, Karate Fighter: Fighting Games, also by Fighting Arena, showed no revenue for the majority of the quarter. However, downloads increased from just under 1K to over 4K in late October and active users more than quadrupled, starting at 1.5K and ending at 6.4K by the close of Q4.
